The answer to these problems proposed in this book is the SEMAN, a boat designed to harvest energy from the sea and use it to desalinate water, grow food, remove carbon dioxide from the air, sell excess energy on the land, and provide jobs.
This book is a fictional account of how Aquater 2050 might use the SEMAN to obtain a new and stable world order in terms of world resource use and job creation. Since this change would require dislodging many entrenched interests, a near revolution is expected to result. This revolution provides the dramatic backdrop for the book. Danger, romance and a sea change in civilization are shown in the pages of this novel.
